PLACING YOUR ORDER:
You can place orders though our website 24 hours per day. You must be
registered with us first before ordering - this can be done via the "create
account" area on our website.
Orders received before 3 pm Eastern time will be shipped that day, provided
all items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you via the email address you provided.
Our business hours are
Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm and, until the end of May, on Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
If you do not feel comfortable ordering via the internet, you can call us
toll free at 1-800-518-6665 and one of our staff members will be glad to assist
you.
QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ORDER:
If you have questions about an order you placed with us, we prefer you login and view your Account History where you'll be able to add a question or comment regarding that specific order. This will ensure an expeditious and accurate response. However, you can also Contact Us with questions.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard or C.O.D. (in Canada only). A $7.50 charge applies
to all C.O.D. orders. All irons are sold in minimum 3-PW sets only. We sometimes
can sell an individual iron but please call first to see if we have any
available. There is no minimum order requirements and we do not and will not
ever charge a handling fee.
PRICING:
All listed prices are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes or shipping
charges, and are subject to change without notice. Your order will be subject to
all applicable taxes. If you have an Ontario Provincial sales tax
exemption number, please let us know when you place your order.
METHOD OF SHIPPING & SHIPPING CHARGES:
The Custom Club Shop offers competitive shipping rates to Canada, The USA and most countries outside of North America. Orders are shipped by our carrier of choice. Currently we offer UPS shipping
- UPS Ground (North America only) and UPS Express (North America and Worldwide). Please see our Shipping Rates for more information.
We also offer a no-charge local pick up option should you wish to place your
order online and pick up from our office. Please note: We cannot ship to
P.O. Boxes or APO's. All addresses must contain a street name and number.
DAMAGED GOODS, SHORTAGES & BACK ORDERS:
All claims for damaged goods must be made within 2 days of receipt of the
shipment. Please inspect the shipment before you sign for it. If you notice
damage, make a note on the delivery slip. If you discover damage after you sign
for your shipment, save all packing materials and notify the carrier immediately
and The Custom Club Shop immediately. Please do not return the shipment until
you have notified us and we have issued you a return authorization number (RMA).
Claims for shortages must be made in writing with a copy of the invoice.
We try our best to maintain inventories on all items in our catalogue and
price list. However, at times, back orders are unavoidable. Unavailable items
will show as "back ordered" on your invoice and will be shipped as soon as they
are available. If you indicate "no back orders" on your order, we will not back
order any items and you will need to reorder at a later date.
RETURNS:
Should you wish to return goods, please contact us for a return authorization
number. No returns will be accepted without our authorization number clearly
marked on the return package.
