Position: Inside Sales Associate
Status: Full Time Seasonal (full time spring & summer, part time fall & winter)
Pay Scale: Hourly base + Commission

The Inside Sales Associate will play a major role in the success of the wholesale golf club component division. The main activities will be selling and servicing wholesale accounts. The position will also be responsible for managing inventory and providing office support for the retail division as needed.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming sales calls and emails for The Custom Club Shop
• Sell Custom Club Shop products and services over the phone, in person, and online
• Build relationships with customers to maximize repeat business by providing excellent customer service
• Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
• Call past customers and cold call new sales leads to generate sales
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for all Custom Club Shop products
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all Sales and Receipts
• Maintain appropriate stocking levels by monitoring inventory and placing purchase orders with vendors on a timely basis as required
• Process Shipments and Receipts
• Assist with other duties, as required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

JOB EXPERIENCE

• At Least 2 years experience selling in an inbound sales environment.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have an in-depth technical understanding of golf equipment and club building in order to provide advise to golfers & club builders who are asking for recommendations.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Highly self-motivated with a desire to be successful
